Ingredients:
Corn or flour tortillas
Canola oil
Your choice of toppings

Cut tortillas into wedges.

Fill a frying pan with a ΒΌ" of oil and heat on high until hot. Then reduce to low heat, and fry six wedges at a time until they puff up and darken slightly on both sides (about one minute on each side).

Place on paper towels to soak up any extra oil. Top with your choice of seasonings. Some that work well include garlic salt, chili powder, powdered cheese and a powdered ranch dressing mix.
