Handy Hints:
- Remove cabbage core and outer leaves before use.
- Not suitable for freezing, but may be refrigerated.
Ingredients:
1/4 small savoy cabbage (about 300g)
1/2 small onion
1 small green cucumber
2 teaspoons chopped fresh coriander
1/4 cup oil
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 clove garlic, crushed

Shred cabbage finely. Chop onion finely. Peel cucumber, slice in half lengthways. Remove seeds using a teaspoon. Slice cucumber thinly.

Lime Dressing: Combine oil, lime juice and garlic in a small bowl, mix well with a wire whisk (or combine all ingredients in a screw-top jar; shake well).

Combine all salad ingredients in a large bowl, add dressing; mix well.
