Ingredients:
2 slices bacon
½ cup cheddar cheese, grated
1 large tomato
2 slices whole wheat bread
1 teaspoon butter

Halve bacon crosswise and put between two folded paper towels in a microwave safe dish. Microwave, uncovered, on high until cooked through and crisp, 2 or 3 minutes.

Cut tomato into thin slices. Toast bread and butter it. Put on top of two folded paper towels on microwave safe plate. Sprinkle cheese on top. Top with bacon and tomato.

Microwave uncovered, until cheese melts, 45 to 90 seconds. Serve sandwich hot.
