Ingredients:
1 tablespoon oil
1 onion, chopped
1 tablespoon chilli sauce
1 1/2 tablespoons cornflour
375ml can evaporated milk
2 cups cooked, chopped chicken
8 flour tortillas
1 lettuce
3 large tomatoes
2 avocados
salt to taste
Directions:

Heat oil, cook onion for one minute, add chilli sauce, cook for further one minute.

Add cornflour, milk and salt. Bring to the boil while stirring, and simmer for one minute. Fold in chicken.

Fill tortillas with the chicken mixture, slices of avocado, shredded lettuce and chopped tomato.

Fold and roll tortilla, and experience a spicy piece of Mexico.
