MEXICAN CHICKEN BURRITO RECIPE

Serves: 4     Est. Time: 10 mins     Difficulty: Two Stars


Ingredients:

1 tablespoon oil
1 onion, chopped
1 tablespoon chilli sauce
1 1/2 tablespoons cornflour
375ml can evaporated milk
2 cups cooked, chopped chicken
8 flour tortillas
1 lettuce
3 large tomatoes
2 avocados
salt to taste

Directions:

1   Heat oil, cook onion for one minute, add chilli sauce, cook for further one minute.
2   Add cornflour, milk and salt. Bring to the boil while stirring, and simmer for one minute. Fold in chicken.
3   Fill tortillas with the chicken mixture, slices of avocado, shredded lettuce and chopped tomato.
4   Fold and roll tortilla, and experience a spicy piece of Mexico.
